Off My Plate took over managing many of our repair and maintenance needs and was also able to assist with the upgrading of some of our outdated systems. With limited staffing resources recently, this has meant increased responsibilities for all of us in operations which left little time for additional projects like this one.
OMP organized an upgrade to our internet service provider as well as our network infrastructure which allowed us to utilize a modern phone system. This work had some up front costs but has saved us hundreds of dollars a month on our phone bill.
